After a really tough morning shift I was presented a really great food and customer service. The staff Bella & Callum were very kind and bubbly and made me feel very welcome.

A Burger King like any other or so I thought, wasn't a good start as my order was wrong but a Shift Manager on at the time Calum was wonderfully polite and helpful and it was sorted in a jiffy. Then a disaster of my own making happened I dropped my drink but again to save the day and my embarrassment Calum was over in a flash personally cleaned it up while reassuring me it's all ok, man some hero's really don't ware capes!Food was as good as I expected from Burger King I enjoyed it but what a top guy Calum was, thanks pal.

This is my go to place whenever I shop at the Buchanan galleries, the service is quick and efficient and the staff here always have a smile on their face. One of the best burger kings in the Glasgow.

Nice restaurant with lots of seating, can get busy but staff quickly served us. Used click and collect and it was seamless.

Typica Burger King but next to two other restaurants very close to each others both selling Korean and Asian street food .But the Burger King was the busiest of the three .It was very clean and tables clean and the floor was constantly being swept and kept was spotlessly clean .When in Edinburgh again I wouldn't hesitate in using this Burger King againVery pleasant and Quick service ?

Enjoyed a lovely meal in Buchanan Galleries today. Food was warm and place was kept clean.Parking: Was very easy to find the restaurant from the Buchanan galleries car park.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The meal was fresh & hot. Even though the staff were under a bit of pressure they were attentive to my needs. Took the time to explain how to benefit by explaining how to use the BK app. The restraunt was clean & welcoming, this combined with the attitude of the staff gave a very pleasant atmosphere. I also went to the toilet which was clean & fresh. In all one of the best Burgger Kings I have visited. Top marks.
