Their coffee and food are decent. My dad can easily get in the building and staff are nice and helpful.

This is a standard branch of Caffe Nero, which also happens to be my favourite of all the major coffee chains in the UK. As with other branches of Caffe Nero, the ambience is alway nice and cosy and coffee good.

Nice coffee, weird seating but comfy :)

Always a nice experience, staff are friendly without being too in-your-face and the drinks are lovely - working my way through the menu. Not tried their food but their coffee and chai are delicious!

The best chain coffee I've ever tasted for many years. These guys never cease to please my taste buds. Some of their opening hours leave a little to be desired, opening relatively late in the morning and closing early in the day unlike the larger chains.

A nice spacious Nero with lots of seating options. Ideal for meetings and a casual coffee with a book. Whatever suits you really. I do like the classical music.

Nice atmosphere, slightly dodgy music on a bit loud so quite distracting. Staff friendly, everything very clean.

Standard Caffe Nero in Queen Street but with fairly good views towards Royal Exchange Square and the buildings and statues in that vicinity, All the major coffee chains sell pretty similar goods concentrating on sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, paninis and coffee drinks and smoothies being the preference for drinks. The cafe was presentable and clean with service as you would expect.

Only negative here is the seating, there are a few larger tables which seat up to 10 people and 1 person will sit at that table. We use this shop for work and can be annoying. Not the Hero's fault by any means. Prices are decent although could be a but more respectful on some items. Soft drinks are about 50p cheaper at Sainsbury's (2 units down the road) from here.
