This place is super handy because there is parking right outside. It's a chain but the staff are lovely and efficient. The policy in place for distancing is clear and track and trace easy with their app thingy. I always have the same thing...cappucino and a millionaire shortbread. Both up to standard. But I can't comment on their food.

Called in for a drink and a cake and it was not too busy. Service was fairly quick and food was good. Had wi-go charging as well which was a bonus.

Friendly welcome from barista in training much appreciated. Cortado and cappuccino well made too. Very welcome change from the hot milk served in some Italian diners nearby. One gripe - price of my toddler's mango slices was a little high - about the same as my coffee?! Even so, still the most reliable coffee chain in the West End. Worth a try.

Food and drinks are great but not enough staff on at lunch time so service is slow

Good service. Disgusting toilet. Shocking and unecessary. Regular spot checks and clean would improve customer experience.

Love Nero coffee and cakes but toilets in this one were needing a good clean. Put me off.

A bit concerned that a meeting of about 12 people were upstairs listening to a talk about politics which included clips of tv programmes. Hardly a relaxing space for those customers seeking a quieter room than downstairs area. This was at St Enoch Square premises.

Although in busy mall still has relaxed vibe. Seating comfortable. As nationwide chain, coffees and snack uniformly good. Nice to see cortados on menu. Pity no free WiFi, only BT.

Went for a coffee and sandwich with my baby, asked the batista to heat the baby food, she refused and shouted at me several times that IT IS HEALTH AND SAFETY OUR MICROWAVE CANNOT EAT IT" I assume she meant heat I understand if its policy, I can write to head office and ask them to review it, but this woman is in the wrong job, is rude, abrupt and clearly doesn't understand what microwaves do, nor that warm baby food is not a health and safety hazard. Disgusted at being treated so badly

Love Nero coffee and their breadless sandwich is delicious. My favourite is crayfish and avocado.

A lack of alternatives is my explanation as to why this place is busy at times; that and chair blockers, those people who, with their book or laptop buy a coffee and stay all day. The place is short staffed. The result is dirty tables, uncleared tables, dirty cutlery, messy floors and queues to be served. The milk jug was chipped, the chairs are past their best, marked and worn out. The cakes and pastries (at 4pm) looked tired, sweaty and unappetising. Would I go back? Clearly the answer has to be ?no?.

At times very busy, and people leave coats on chairs preventing those in queue from finding seats.. Other coffee outlets have addressed this issue, so Costa will have to be more assertive in giving those purchasing coffee priority for seats... Staff however great and have style...

Generally tend to go to the smaller coffee shops around Partick, but the big comfy seats here, the great vegan options, the friendly staff, free newspapers and great atmosphere always tempt me in. The staff are so welcoming and make an effort to engage with everyone who comes in. Dogs and children are welcomed and the seats are super comfy, great place to read and relax while watching the world go by!

This Nero is in need of a bit of refurb..very tired and don't really like their coffee. Nice porridge though
