This used to be a great charity shop but since pandemic they have really bumped their prices up. Yeah, it?s for charity but most of the time I see things of interest then realise it would be better buying something brand new as they really overestimate what they are selling. Even when they have stuff from Primark they put the price of the second hand item at near enough it?s original price

Went in with donations this morning to discover shop closed and empty, sign in window, nearest Sauchiehall Street. Checked website for opening times before I left. THINK SOMEONE SHOULD CHANGE THIS ON WEBSITE.

Rude staff getting upset at seeing a set of legs because tried on a set of trousers outside the changing room, overpriced second hand goods, used shoes more expensive than the high street for brand new goods, disgraceful way to treat customers will never shop here again or donate donate to this charity, will be cancelling my direct debit with immediate effect, avoid at all costs.

The manager (a thinner man with short dark hair and speaks with a bit of a foreign accent) today accused me of stealing without any grounds. I came into the shop, tried a few clothes on, and went to the cash register. I purchased a pretty expensive dress for a charity shop (15 pounds) and, AFTER I had made the purchase, accused me of stealing. I was not behaving suspiciously at all, nor was I impolite to staff or anything of the sort. His only grounds to accuse me of stealing was a single hanger that had been on the dressing room floor when I entered. I even heard the cashier explain to the manager that the hanger had been connected to a garment he found laying around (which happens - it's a clothing store). However, the manager still had the gall to aggressively approach a regular customer after a simple explanation by a staff member and after I had ALREADY PURCHASED AN EXPENSIVE ITEM. Be careful if you see this man in the shop - horrendously rude and ridiculously unprofessional. In the city center, where people can get much cheaper clothes 2 steps down the street at Primark or TJ Maxx, he should not be ALLOWED to be around customers who want to spend their hard-earned money for charity.

The most expensive charity shop in the city centre. I have to remind myself the money is for a good cause.

Most expensive charity shop in the area. The items used to be a bit better than in most second hand stores, but that's not the case anymore. It's for charity, yes, but there's limits to everything.
