Awful staff. I was in the que to buy a birthday card and no one was at the till. After ages a woman came strotting down and served me. She was accompanied by her manager (I presume). I was using a pen lying around to write out the birthday card i bought and the manager woman asked rudely "is that ma pen?", i asked if i could use it and she said "naw" rudely. I didnt even bother to say thanks at that point and as i proceeded to leave the shop the manager and a customer started talking smack about me. i dont know why the staff here are so half-a$$ed and rude? how passionate or hateful can you get about cards ??
