I have been using the sevices of Cartridge Connect for years for domestic and business use.They have always provided an excellent service. The staff go an extra mile to help, if theres something that they dont stock, its ordered in for the next day. A 5 star service! would highly recommend them one of the best companies providing your printing needs.

Called in with 3 printers that weren?t functioning at all this afternoon - the assistant Khalil checked them all & advised 2 were defunct the heads were damaged & the Third he managed to fix it while I was in the premises - the service I received was excellent , friendly & Knowledgeable the assistant had gone over & above his call of duty - will definitely be back as I found the whole experienceAmazing & will definitely recommend these guys - thank you so much for your patience & excellent customer service skills ?happy customer

Printer ink is the most expensive fluid on the planet. When your printer tells you to replace the cartridge it often still has over half the ink left in it, and buying manufacturer's brand ink always puts a heavy dent in the finances. Fortunately Cartridge World is here to help us make significant savings by refilling our cartridges. They used to actually refill them while you waited, but now they'll just exchange your old ones for refilled and recycled cartridges at a much cheaper price than the originals. Just occasionally the cartridges won't work when you put them into your own printer; this is more likely to happen if they've been refilled a few times. However, don't despair - just take them back to the shop straight away and they'll be happy to exchange them for fresh ones. I've never had a problem with the service, the staff have always been helpful and informative and there is never a problem exchanging a cartridge if it doesn't work for you. Great service!

I'm pretty sure everyone is in agreement about the horrendous price of print cartridges. If you buy official branded products sometimes cartridges are more expensive than the printer itself. However, Cartridge world aims to change all of this. As well as selling their own brand of printer cartridges (much cheaper than buying HP brand I promise) they'll also refill your old printer cartridges. I had two cartridges refilled this morning and it cost me under £20 for both of them - which isn't bad at all really. The guys in the store in Byres Road are really nice. I actually had a couple of problems with one of the refilled cartridges, but they replaced it for me with no fuss involved. I'd definitely recommend that you check this place out before you shell out upwards of £40 for a couple of print cartridges.
