Absolute delight to be served by Jean, she showed us some beautiful rings, even let me try on a ring that was extremely expensive, knowing I wasn't going to buy it. We were helped today by Mary in Branch 3 and we had such a lovely experience. She immediately was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and looked after when browsing for rings. We only had a vague idea of what we were looking for and she brought so many options for us, explaining everything as she went along. It really made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing and we never felt pressured at all. Overall a really memorable example of great service.
