I visited the shop today for cards, gifts and balloons. I have to put this review on to compliment Lynne who's customer service was outstanding. She was so helpful and friendly making sure my needs were met. Very happy customer indeed!

I came in on the off chance the other night looking to see if this shop had balloon weights for my mum?s 60th as I had previously bought balloons from another shop that didn?t have any.The girl, Cara, was absolutely wonderful! She even swapped over the ribbon tied to the balloons to match the weights. Amazing customer service! I left so happy and my mum loves the balloons!Couldn?t have had better service!

i really think the staff need to chill in this shop. they practically stock you while you try and look around. i felt so uncomfortable that we left.
