Said on the website as well as on the shop front that they were open. When I arrived there was a person at the till however the shutter was half down and the door was locked. If you plan on being shut tell people otherwise all you are doing is annoying your customers, the ones who are keeping you in business.

REALLY HELPFUL!Having seen better interest rates advertised than my own bank, I called and made an appointment. Like loads of folk, I'd let my pennies stagnate in a low interest account, earning almost nothing.I was assisted by Ben, who enthusiastically described the available options. For once, I didn't feel pressurised or confused by being overloaded with jargon and factoids. I ended up opening an account ( with easy to use App too) which turned out to be the market leading interest rate on the day. Ben was a terrific ambassador for the company, being SO helpful. I was genuinely impressed and have since convinced friends and relatives to give it a look too.Well done Virgin!

Unable to contact my branch. Only telephone options are for mortgages. Tried for 2 days to contact anyone by telephone. Promised call backs twice. Trying to switch accounts. Woeful service. Originally a Clydesdale Bank customer.

Absolute car crash of a bank since the change to Virgin Bank, branch staff are fab however the telephone line and service is woeful, since the change over there have been and still remain dreadful issues on the banking and yet another new one that (again) the virgin decided not to inform us resulting I lost time, banking mistakes and lost business. DO NOT do business banking with virgin, awful

I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at this Byres road branch for their friendly, helpful and caring manner. Especially the branch manager Wendy, who has went over and above on many occasions to help. This kind of service is very rare to find and i feel that credit should be given to them for their effort.

I was wanting to open a savings account with this bank got everything sorted out bank card and the lot ready to save up some money with them but I would not save a penny with them now I was apauled when my friend went in to ask a few questions and the girl behind the counter was out off order my friend just said to her that my son had to go to the bank for me to get me some money out as I gave him permission to do so and he is also my career she then caused a big scene and said your son should not have used your card in the first place I will be closing down your account I could not believe the way she was spoken too so I decided not too bank with them and joined santander instead and my friend also wish is a great friendly bank would highly recommend santander than Clyde deal it's a joke off a bank

Bad custmer service staff weren't very friendly made to feel embarrassed in front of customers so closed my account. And wodent use bank again unfortunately. ??
