Account had been hacked with £182 taken. The guy was excellent in explaining what they would do about it and what would happen next. Was concerned about it all but he put me at ease. Superb customer service?

Awful experience. Made an enquiry regarding my daughter trust fund in order to close and move funds to junior isa. The looks I got from the woman who was clearly jumping to wrong conclusions.
