I was shopping in your Neilston store G78 3NH. The music was so loud I could not concentrate on my shopping, when I asked could the volume be turned down I was told no. I was also refused a till. I have been using the store for 23 years but recently the service provided by the staff has been sadly lacking. The quality of the goods in store is excellent but your staff are letting you down.
