I visit Costa Robroyston 6 days a week. Never had a bad coffee. The outstanding service and happy atmosphere is amazing. The staff Blair, Annan, Tommi are fantastic. Lauren especially always has a smile and is great to say hello to. Real credit to the store.

People are sitting on their own on their laptops at tables for four, staff are very dull , not helpful at all ,make.too many mistakes ,no b back there

Was here for a coffee and chat with a friend.\\n\\nLike all Costas, there?s a great selection of cakes and pastries to go with the espresso-based coffee of your choice.\\nPersonally, I?d love if Costa would also offer filter coffee, but that?s just my personal taste.\\nThere are, of course, teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks on offer too.\\n\\nThere?s plenty of parking directly outside. The premises are kept to the high standard you?d expect and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Always a really busy spot - but dead handy for catching up With folk from different areas of Glasgow as so close to the motorway. And can avoid the Queuing on the m8 to get in to\\nGlasgow ?

Nice clean cafe, toilets nice and clean, staff were quick to clean tables even though they were busy. Staff friendly, coffee and hot chocolate were made well and quickly. Service was quick despite being busy. A drive through would be good as well but it really didn't take long to be served in store.

Could do with staff cleaning tables a bit more regularly. Might have just been the time of day I was in there thought. Otherwise great coffee, friendly staff.

I asked a very simple request and was told they cannot do that. So they can make coffee but cannot stir the syrup through the coffee. This is during the lockdown period and want to hand out items which could be contaminated. Every single other costa coffee I have been to including this one has in the past had zero issues with such a simple request. My review is not based on the coffee, its great hence why I go so often. Its based on the piss poor customer service from one single individual who had an attitude problem. Even the management in her place has done this. Its not difficult to do, there is no health and safety issues to stop it. Bishopbriggs no problem, Strathkelvin no problem, braehead no problem, livingston guess what...no problem and the various service stations around the country...Not a problem! Train your staff so they know a simple request should not be followed with "i cant do that"Update: since this encounter, the staff have been pleasant and offered assistance in any way possible. The revamp of the place is stunning as well.

Staff friendly, coffee, cake and pasta good. But sandwich very dry, tables not cleaned properly between customers and lack of supplies in the toilet ?

Coffee and hot chocolate were mediocre. Staff were pleasant enough. Tables sanitized after each customer, which was good. The floors though were a mess, full of crumbs. The door was kept open - I can appreciate this because of Covid - but it is winter, it's freezing. Cold air blowing in doesn't make for a pleasant coffee stop. For this reason we will not be back.

Thanks you to Matthew and Tony who went that extra mile when doing hot chocolate for my wee boy who has a nut allergy. Matthew sorted out my boys got chocolate with extra care and Tony sorted out mine and my husband. Really appreciate it thank you
