Great experience with a helpful female staff member who replaced a set of headphones which had lost a screw whilst I was up here on holiday.My son enquired about a laptop but the manager wouldn't accept established company eBuyer as legitimate to price match against.

We tried to buy a Samsung 75 inch tv on there website and it was just a waste of time three times we tried and then we phoned them and tried again with no luck. don?t the guy knew what he was doing never again.

Great experience made better by the young assistant Rachel that served my Husband and I. We were looking to buy a washer dryer and she was so efficient and knowledgable it made our choice easier. Our washer dryer was delivered the following day, installed and old machine taken away to be recycled. Best service ever!

Bought an IPad from here.3 months before the warranty was due to expire it developed a fault. Retuned to this store for warranty repair and was met by the worst customer service my Wife and I have ever experienced. The staff were actually sniggering and laughing while stating that it?s not their problem and that due to the IPad being an Apple product I should seek recourse through them. They blatantly refused to honour the warranty with total disregard for consumer law and our statutorily rights as a customer.A nasty argumentative group of their staff had gathered round us and such was the hostility we feared for our safety and left.We complained through the correct channels right through to their head office and still nothing was done. We will never set foot in one of these stores again and neither will our family, friends or colleagues. Let this be a warning to others? name and shame.

Staff at great western road are comfortably some of the most incompetent and rude people I?ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Cancelled my order, got a refund and spent it elsewhere.

I agree with all the one star reviews. Rude untrained staff apart from Joanna. She was a delight. The two staff dealing with me were absolutely rude and should not be in retail. They obviously have no awareness that the future of their company rides on good service and training. Avoid.

Went in to this Currys today to get advice on a new fitbit watch as i wasn?t able to download the health app on the watch ,I bought this watch from curry?s one week ago , I went to the section in the shop where it said on the wall ?customer service and HELPFUL ADVICE ? , and the person in this department started to download the app on my watch and 10 mins into this conversation they say ?i should really be charging you for this ? , not once before this was i alerted that i would have to pay any charge , At first it was 20 then brung down to 15. I then went to speak to the manager and he also agreed with me that the person should have let me know about this charge before anything was done on my watch. Still never got any offer of my money back or anything at all even though the manager agreed that this was wrong .
