I came in with the intention of purchasing a microwave, and I must say that your staff went above and beyond to assist me. Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help was truly impressive. As of writing this review I have been stood in store for nearly an hour waiting for someone to speak to me.I came in the other day and was helped incredibly to find a new laptop and a new phone to replace my current set of business phones.I returned today to buy the products, and ask a few final questions. I've been stood in the section of the store in full view of staff and have had no approach.The whole experience makes me question buying the products, if this is what sales are like I can only imagine the customer service for warranty and repairs.

Good stock and helpful staff but try use their extended warranty and 7 day replacement. It sounds way simpler when they are seeking it. Day 10 and nobody can tell me what's going on or get me a replacement.

Customer service is appalling. After searching aimlessly for a staff member, I eventually had to approach someone who was already speaking to a customer to ask if he could speak to me when he was finished. This was met with a sigh and a pained ?yes?. When the staff member was asked about the product I was interested in, I was told that he knew nothing about it and ?we don?t get trained in specific products?. When I asked if he knew of any similar products I was told no. I also searched online while I was waiting for the staff member and found the same item on a competitor?s website for over £20 cheaper. I would rather spend my money (considering it is a very costly item) elsewhere. Do your own research and buy online with other businesses. To top it off as I left the store I passed a customer waiting at the tills with a staff member who shouted to another staff member if they were on a till to which the staff member said they weren?t and then said (yards away and clear enough for myself and the other customer to hear) ?I wish it was home time though? - it was 11AM!! Shocking experience.

Disappointed. I was looking for a doorbell camera that did not require WiFi. I asked for advice from their "knowledgeable" advisor. Who knew only how to read the information off the pre-printed information leaflet. He could give me no information about the only bell that appeared not to require WiFi. At the end, he asked if we were getting a router or WiFi. When I said no, he basically turned and walked away. It appeared obvious he was not interested and had only superficial knowledge of the product. It would have been better accepted if he had said he wasn't sure about the item. I felt that I was wasting his time. I guess, however, ultimately, it rests with the companies training for customer service. Which given my experience is wanting. I am not really aggrieved that he was lacking in the technical expertise, but his ability to engage with myself as a customer.

Excellent service from Tom when I was buying my new washing machine and microwave. Tom assisted me by carrying my microwave to the car he was very kind and helpful. Excellent next day delivery service by two very efficient and helpful workers.

Went in to buy a TV. No fussing around, we found the one we liked ourselves, took a picture of the model number and walked around to find a member of staff to ask to purchase it.All downhill from there, the staff member was beyond miserable, not a single smile or nicety at all. We felt like massive inconveniences even though all we required was for her to ring it up and have someone bring the box through.Even seen her rolling her eyes at one point. Just complete lack of any customer service at all, clearly didn't want to be there and had no interest.It's unfortunate but her bad attitude stood out by a country mile, maybe we were just unlucky she was the only staff member not already helping someone or maybe that was deliberate on her part.

Place was quiet but had a bit of a wait. However the assistant was very helpful and, so far, I am happy with my purchase. Item delivered on the day selected.

Hello everyoneWe went to Currys Breahead Glasgow to buy a Dyson cordless vacum cleaner V15 detect absolute. When we went into the shop,it was 19:43 pm and the shop closes at 20:00 . we knew ,what we were looking for so we went to the Dyson department. Most of the staff and the manager were already at the exit .When we asked for help they totally ignored us and argued with us to leave . Usually some shops they stop customers coming in 15 minuts before the shop closes. No one stopped us from entering ,so we assumed that ,they were going to serve us ,other wise why they did let us enter. By the way we were in the shop and they could easily serve us before 20:00pm. I am abselutelly speechless typing about their carelessness, rudness and uselessness .

I found the attitude of the repairs desk staff member to be abysmal. Several staff appeared (I may have misread the situation) to be doing nothing, while my partner and I were left to stand briefly without service. Once we were "greeted," the staff member was dismissive, didn't listen, and had an all-around difficult, unhelpful, and unappealing attitude.I understand that humans have bad days, but there were several staff members working that appeared to be in the mood to deal with others. so I would question why they allowed a colleague that clearly couldn't be bothered to represent the company by offering his version of "help."

Appalling to-store-deliveryI ordered a mobile online and it said the item is would be ready to collect the following day (Friday). I went there on Friday and my order was not there. They told me I need to wait for an email confirming the delivery.I got email - the estimated date is Saturday (when I made an order it was supposed to be Friday).No confirmation email arrived at weekend.I called Currys on Monday and was told the confirmation email did not come but my order is ready to be collected (currys at Breahead)SO I WENT THRE FOR A SECOND TIME and AGAIN found out that my order was not there! Even though I got the confirmation over phone.It has been 7 days now, still no phone, no confirmation email. Lots of wasted petrol and time instead.There are many good stores you can buy phones and other electronics, your delivery will be on time and you will be well-informed when it is ready. So do not bother with currys if you want to get your stuff hassle free.

I tried to buy a laptop at 1299 pounds but no one was available to help me. They were all sitting around a table.I finally got someone from another dept who asked them to help me and told him what I wanted to buy but he tried to sell me something else and then told me the laptop I wanted wasn't in stock and wanted 5.00 for delivery next day.No apology for the wait or because it wasn't in stock and things quickly became uncomfortable. so I left and told him Id do it online rather than let him do it.Went to Amazon, no hassle no drama...

Stood in the TV department for over 20 minutes. No one came near to help us. Asked a member of staff to help but he said that wasn't his department. Walked out in disgust and bought the exact same tv in Argos for the same price I minutes.

Amazing service with Aziz today who spent a couple hours helping me choose appliances for my new flat. Aziz was very knowledgeable on all the products, and gave great advice. A great asset to the store.
