Went in to look at the sofas. And came out with a sofa. ordered, deposit payed and Christmas delivery. Staff were friendly but like all sale staff they are trained to approach potential customers and engage with them. I have found over the years to simply let them know l am in for a look around and if l need them l will contact them for further assistance. Once l had selected 3 sofas to choose from l asked a sales person to assist me. I selected my chosen 4 seater couch. I used the available no interest over 3 years but changed that to paying over 18 months. Now at home waiting for my delivery date to be sent out. As usual now a day's, all my paperwork is on PDF files on my email. A great shopping experience and Grant who sold me my couch was first class all the way through. Thanks DFS

Rubbish service. The insurance you bought is a lie. When you bought it, it said it could clean any stains, but it didn't admit it when it came time to clean it.

Recently moved to Glasgow and rented a flat that was supposed to be furnished only to find out last min that it wasn't. Decide to try DFS to get us set up in a hurry. We purchased clearance in-stock items for immediate delivery as we were in a hurry. 3 weeks later and 2 attempts to get stuff delivered we still don't have a instock sofa delivered. Several phone calls and talking to multiple people we found out they had no idea where the sofa was because of a software issue. I get it sometimes stuff doesn't work but hey DFS is a big company that has the resources to make things happen and get us our furniture in a reasonable time. Boy was I wrong the distribution center, call center, and point of sale have no effective way of communicating with each other so basically no one has any idea of what's going on. So every person you talk to says don't worry it will be there in a few days but nothing happens. Nothing is more insulting than the thanks for calling DFS after a phone call to customer service knowing nothing is going to happen. I have tried to cancel my order and go through someone else but they can't transfer me to the department that does that so I have to wait up to 3 days to get that phone call. So at the end of the day I have wasted a month of my time, 2 cab fairs, over to 3k pounds to continue to sit on my daughters unicorn rug. Ps if I recognize your customer service number more then my wife's, you are seriously doing something wrong!

Staff exceedingly helpful. Premises were very clean and tidy. Plenty of time to look around without being pestered.After having a good look at the suites a member of the staff asked if I required assistance.I explained what I needed to know.After being updated I thanked him his assistance..Very pleased and I will be back soon.

Delivered 2 faulty sofas on 01/09/23 Ive to wait till the 18th till someone comes out and inspects them makes a report, WAIT for the result of the report. Customer services is an utter disgrace, ranging from misleading customers, being rude, not returning calls n having absolutely no power to expedite any complaint. DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. DONT BE LIKE ME! DO UR RESEARCH, look up social media n complaints re this despicable company!!! Despite ordering sofas in July I will now be left with nothing to sit on at Christmas. Faults include, 2 holes in fabric, understuffed and over stuffed uneven cushions, instead of all 4 sofa legs being in the corner one of mines is in the MIDDLE of the sofa, when u try to sit on it the thing tips! The cushions on one sofa are different sizes, one sofa has a smaller arm than the other. 2 seat cushions r too big n won?t stay down, they pop up in the middle. The overhang from the cushions is too big. This is how they arrived in my home. I tried to reject the delivery but was told I couldn?t, this is not the case YOU CAN. They even had the audacity to lift them before the 18th but said they would take the MINIMUM of 20% OFF me for the privilege despite the faults being THEIRS not mine. You could not make this nonsense up.

Great experience instore with Dolly. Provided us both with a first class customer experience and we walked away happy buying a new couch. She was extremely helpful and personal whilst showing us through the ranges that suited our requirements. Any questions we had were answered. People sell to people, simple.

staff friendly enough. I phoned up customer services to cancale a sofa. I was told that I couldn't talk to anyone from the store because they don't give the store numbers out. I was told someone would email me I'm not interested. the women I spoke to the phone was rude and aragant woudint recommend them. no meens no. after talking to head office and informing them why I was canceling my order no problems from them. acouple of days later the store contacted me trying it on saying I had a balance to pay did I want to take credit out with them nonsense.

Don't recommend DFS at all at any price even if they offer for free.Very poor quality for the high price and their customer service is terrible.Would have given non star if I could.

Called today & KINDA spke with Michelle, I was on with a question about an item they may or may not have "Her- have you checked online... Me-Yeah but could not see any so i am just wondering if you have any in-store or have I maybe not looked righ SHE HUNG UP!!! Just Lost A Customer & you would think in this day & age yous would be happy with a sale. Maybe put your staff on Training Courses HOW TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC & TELEPHONE MANNERS as they seem to be lacking very much so!!!
