What's the issue with their service? We selected box number 7, which is supposed to accommodate up to 25 kg, and our box indeed weighs 25 kg. Bad services, I book for the DHL international box no7 which is max weight is 25Kg, but staff (2 women) can’t lift the box up and they said it’s can sent only 20Kg not not give any help.Very poor services.

The staff at the store were quite helpful. The Peak of this is that you could show up at the store and the staff would help you create a label and even package and ship your item there and then. I shipped Two Laptops to Nigeria and the items arrived Nigeria the very next day
