Excellent help in the garden centre today. Great help getting some large pots in a trolley and packed in to my car- without having to ask for help. Always find the staff at renfrew dobbies so helpful and friendly - and I?m a regular shopper there.

Visited for the first time since pre-pandemic. On first entry we noticed the smell like a dead rodent or sewage. Undeterred we made our way to the cafe and at first sight little had changed. The selection of cakes was good and prices were around average. We ordered 2 cappuccinos. They didn?t look very well made and had little froth and the barista spilled one on to the saucer. We let that go, paid and made our way to a table. The girl on the till was cheerful and pleasant. The cakes were good but the coffee was possibly the worst we had ever tasted. I found mine just about palatable. My wife did not and took it back and had it replaced with a tea which was OK. Overall not a good experience and disappointing considering we used be regulars there when we visited with our grandchildren.Sorry Dobbies you need to do better to regain our custom! ?

Nice lunch, soup and a sandwich, quite reasonably priced. No long queues, just a nice visit. Had a look around, nothing jumped out just now. Maybe later in the month I'll buy something to update the garden.

The default provider for the Wallace family Christmas tree!We turn up every year like the Renfrew Griswolds.The shop is great, everything you could need for garden and Christmas.The cafe has gone right downhill though - hence the lower star rating.Great for convenience, but I?d advise to get the tree then head somewhere in Braehead for coffee.Prices are astronomical for what you get - in both quantity and quality - bought a portion ofChips for about £2.99 - think there were about 12 back heated chips in there - wouldn?t really recommend.Shop is great though

We come here regularly and always enjoy the scones with a cuppa. Not today. Crumbly??? Fell apart all over the place o dear.

Soup luke warm, must be from a tin ,absolutely tasteless. Even after heating in microwave and adding salt and pepper still bland. Not cheap either.

We've never had a bad experience at this Dobbies and this time was no different. I went with my two boys of 1 and 3, and the place was absolutely mobbed with queues at both checkouts, but still the staff couldn't have been more helpful - carrying trays to the table and offering to help even though they were already run off their feet. A genuine pleasure.

I love the coffee shop! Delicious cakes, friendly staff, and the older lady who cleaned my table left it spotless! ? Perfect day out!

Went in last week for lunch .. then walked right out again .. we asked about the lunch deal for pensioners and were shown a menu for paninis... we explained it was for the lunch deal advertised on Facebook. We were then told staff didn?t have time to deal with us as they were too busy.. and to look at the menus available?.. never again.

Nice cafe however a bit pricey. Food selection is good with the cakes tasting good. Staff are friendly and helpful.Very beneficial to have a Dobbies plus card for your 2 free hot drinks a month.

Absolutely deplorable not a sign anywhere to say you have to book an appointment slot for a 3yr old to see santa. No sign to say what it cost drove 20 miles to visit my grandson to visit santa fir nothing that's Debbie's will nit be back
