Now at 36 I have managed a job as a female deck hand & couldn't have done it without Dr Black's service. The insoles he custom made have given me my life back. Its such a value for money amazing service from somebody who really knows & cares. If anyone has an issue with their feet I couldn't recommend him highly enough. “Great service from David in retail. Optician took great care to explain in detail my eye condition, its the first time ever i can see great. Now at distance and close up. Thanks to all the team . Also i got my 3 pairs of glasses made in just 5 days. SUPERB. The only thing i wasnt happy about was there was no proper cleaning cloth with my 2 pairs of oakly. Yes they come in a bag. Which might be the ckeanung cloth. But it doesent do the job properly. Thats not boots fault. More oakley. Maybe boots could have added a cleaning cloth. Anyway thats the only small niggl\\nDouglas”

“I have visited this branch many times in the last year, either for an eye problem, my baby's eye checkup or getting glasses. I had wonderful service from everyone. The opticians are great, thorough and make you comfortable. I even returned the first pair of glasses with no problems because I could not get used to the varifocal lenses and I got my current ones that I love. The only issue that I would like to point for improvement is that sometimes there is no answer when calling them, you need to be persistent and wait longer or call again.”

“Turned up at 10:30ish receptionist managed to squeeze me in on the day for 2:30. Turned up early and as I was waiting some guy turned up super late completely missed his appointment and was rlly rude to the receptionist… for his own mistake ?‍♂️ sucks they have to deal with that but handled it best they could. The Doctor I saw Scott was super friendly, knows his stuff and I got my prescription no problem!?”
