Large store in a great city centre location. Store is very well stocked with everything you'd expect with John lewis, staff are exceptionally helpful and very polite. Had a very small issue but was resolved quickly and professionally. In my opinion this is the best John Lewis in Scotland, recommended to all

As always, staff were very professional, efficient & friendly! This is what makes them the top performing branch in UK! The staff in the store have been the same since the day which opened! The company appear to treat their really well, they receive a share information companies annual profits and perks.

Great, bright, up-market department store shopping. Online is convenient but you can't beat the experience of a well organised mukti-department big store with professional staff. Always a pleasure!

Just into cafe whilst shopping in store. 2 x tin of ironbru = £4 and 4 x tunnocks tea cakes £6 total of £10 in my mind that = total rip off. My advice to everyone is avoid cafe as definatley not worth this shame on you . Agree with previous comments also .

I just want to say thank you to Sandra and Shona who I met last Thursday whilst using The Place to Eat cafe with my sister. Their attention to detail, great humour and friendlines is to be commended. They do say that 'people make Glasgow' and they lived up tothat. Please thank them for me.Gillian Williams

'Place to Eat' does not live up to its name. Despite many staff, queues moving at an absolute snails pace, with a confusing double queue system and a number of items advertised unavailable. Would not survive if this was purely a food establishment. I gave up in absolute frustration.

Big shop, you can buy just about anything in this metropolis of a store.

I have always loved and appreciated JL throughout the years but sadly on my visit on Saturday I was very sad and shocked at the state of the cafe . Visually it looked and had the feeling of a pop up cafe that had just opened ten minutes before we went in 2pm. A school dinner looks more appealing. I can?t believe managers and top Bosses are allowing this standard of eatery in there establishment, . Glasgow shoppers and year long supporters deserve and demand a better service than this . Please maybe on your lunch break pop up and experience what your customers and Partners are experiencing this service is not acceptable John Lewis deserves better . I look forward to hearing from you . Thank you for your time .
Kind regards Lorraine Aitchison .

Great selection of goods and good quality. However on the expensive side but for me good for a treat, usually some of the devine crockery
