Joke of a company? worked for them for a few months. Told me I would receive my last pay without issue? then decided not to pay me and deducted over 1100 quid off my last wage for items that were delivered ? the higher management are absolute scum of the highest order! If you?re thinking about working for them.. don?t bother

British Airways, who have stopped caring about any aspect of their customers, forgot to put my bag on the plane. This severely impacted my plans. BA of course washed their hands of the situation and passed it onto Eagle. What a relief it was to find that Eagle are run and staffed by real caring authentic humans who understand that there is a person at the end of the process. Personable, professional and people of their word- bag promised before 12pm- bag arrived at 11.30am - job done. Thoroughly recommended.

Is obviously Glasgow Airport's "service" partner for delayed luggage. We had our suitcase lying around with us for at least 3 days (after handing it over from the airport) without delivering it. We then spent a whole day of vacation finding the warehouse and picking up the suitcase ourselves, otherwise we might never have seen it again. There were countless other suitcases lying around there. Deliveries are obviously made (if at all) in private vehicles.Nobody can be reached by phone (20 unsuccessful attempts in 6 days). Email inquiries also remain unanswered. A Scottish holidaymaker's nightmare.
