Sales advisor Daryl was 1st class. Transferred all apps etc from old phone to new phone and gave us a good deal with broadband and new phone.

After a very odd encounter with the Braehead EE store manager last week, who could do nothing to help my elderly mother with the new phone he sold, Craig at Silverburn took the time to set her up on an existing phone, removed as much confusing functionality as possible from the new phone, and took the time to SHOW my father how to use the new phone. Excellent customer service from Craig who took the time to understand his customer needs rather than just selling units. Thank you Craig, EE no longer on the family blacklist.

I have been with EE for a number of years and as usual, the service was impeccable, Pascal who was attending me was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for, friendly and great advice was given. Very happy with the plan I was offered and no complaints whatsoever with my experience at this store ??

My father, who is 86, had five EE phone contracts: one for home broadband, one for his wife who has dementia, one for his car, one for a tablet, and one for his very old smartphone. I went into the store at Silverburn recently (May 2022) to get details of these contracts so that we could simplify things for him. I was disgusted to discover the extent to which staff had taken advantage of his age and vulnerability in order to have him sign new contracts as recently as February of this year (2022). The lack of moral conscience here is beyond belief. I've got 30 years of working in customer facing roles and this sort of behaviour is no different to scamming, and utterly reprehensible. These contracts provided little or no benefit to my father and tied him in to vastly inflated prices for years. As a consequence, we have since bought out of and ended three of these contracts at considerable expense, and will soon be looking to terminate the remaining two. In the meantime, Tesco Mobile have provided a brand new iPhone for my father with unlimited data. Tesco Mobile's attitude, service and understanding has been exemplary and worlds apart from our experience with EE.
