I like EE as a provider and I like going into their shops to check on the new stuff they have to offer. Staff are salespeople and it's their job to try to get you to buy something but I personally don't feel like I'm being pressured, unlike some other places. Generally find the staff only too happy to answer any questions I have even if I'm not buying anything there and then

Waited over 30mins was collecting an order however when I was finally seen the guy 8i needed photo I'd it didn't say that in email or texts form ee bloody furious after waiting for 30plus mins I now have to come back to collect it even though I have an account with EE.

Visited the silverburn store today about a query that should have been dealt with online but the online support wouldn't deal with it. Fantastic support and service today off the guy helping me. He really did go out of his way to do as much as he could for me. He got passed from pillar to post his self with tech support. Store support and customer service but kept going and trying for me. I was so upset and he really was supportive. He actually really cared. Most would have gave up and passed the buck back to me to deal with it myself but he didn't. The absolute best customer service i have ever had from anyone. I will be popping back in to get his name and also contacting his head office. Absolute credit to the company.

went into silverburn today guy came up to us said can I help I said I orederd a s10 and said dose he no when theses will be sent out he said he was just back from holiday and just look at emails being sent out shocking how he spose to sell the new phone with out any info

Went in to EE Silverburn to upgrade to an iPhone XS. Staff all taken with customers with myself and several others waiting to be seen, fair enough. 10mins in, no wait time provided, no acknowledgement of existence and when staff did become free they actively avoided dealing with any waiting customers. Left after 20mins or so as did a few others, including travel i lost over an hour to this overall . I go into these situations knowing this is how its likely to play out, but hope it wont. I wonder how many sales are lost annually to this and i was a guaranteed sale. Ended up using the upgrade dept at their contact centre by dialling 150, was brilliant, helpful, funny and got exactly what i wanted. Gave the girl on the upgrade team 10/10 feedback. Its such a contrast that I cant understand how they managed to do the retail element so badly?

The forge EE. One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Being lied to by staff. Bringing extra staff to intimidate us into buying things we didn't want. Trying to sell us broadband after we stated at least 6 times we weren't interested. Really it was awful.
Then we went to EE silverburn and their staff was amazing.

Went in to buy a replacement handset for our son. Picked a phone within minutes and placed in a queue to be assisted by a member of staff. 40 minutes before we were seen, despite the wee meet & greet guy standing twiddling his thumbs for most of that time. Only 3 other members of staff on duty and queue was getting bigger behind us. An utter shambles, not enough staff on duty and there should be someone there to deal with non contract sales. We bought a phone but it would have been the same wait to.be sold a set of headphones or a protective cover... just not good enough.
