This place has more staff than customers but still managed to take a long time to get served. Staff at tills take even longer. Do not take gift cards that they give you.You have to shop online

Brilliant Footasylum, wide selection or clothing & grabbed my husband a bargain on 1 item reduced ??Staff are lovely my daughter had fallen up the stairs (tissue that miracle that fixes everything) she needed the lad upstairs gave her some, went back down to pay and the young lad on the till was chatty.

Great shop with a wider selection than JD or office etc or footlocker, was in today and LEWIS dealt with me, very friendly young man let me try some trainers on. Thanks Lewis! He deserves a pay rise troops.

Came into town to return a Christmas gift only to be greeted at the till by a member of staff named Alicia who rudely announced they weren't doing returns until Monday, to which I tried to explain that it was an online purchase that it didn't state online I couldn't return until a certain day, it doesn't say anywhere , she then replied... well we arent doing them until Monday it should tell you on the original receipt, clearly she hadn't listen to a word I said, no apology or explanation , polite customer service costs nothing but rest assured they've lost any future business I would have given due to her rudeness.

Clothes are great but queues are horrendous. So many people just gave up and left. They seem to be trying to get everyone to sign up to s loyalty program and download an app whilst they're at the tills

Poor, no staff, waited for ages to pay. Then my just bought tee alarmed the exit scanner and security guard went outside and took my mothers bags to check them assuming that she or I stole something. Thank you for ruining our mood :(

Didn't have the trainers my daughter was after but the manager came to our rescue by calling Silverburn and getting the last pair put aside for us. What a star. And he used his own phone! So we bought an additional pair from the store. He deserved a sale. :-) thank you.
