I bought a pair of trainers as a present for xmas. I asked for a size 6 got home noticed they were the wrong size they were a 5 i travelled back to store advised assistant on what had happened i swapped them for what i thought was a 6 this time so i get home and AGAIN they had given me a size 6 and 6.30!!! i called the shop to get told that they had no other size 6 or 6.30 left and that they had previously sold the opposite shoes to mine in the wrong size to another customer. They did offer to re-order them but cant guarantee arrival before xmas this is no good to me also im not even sure i got an apology i really hope that they were not aware they were giving me the wrong size of shoe the second time round bad customer service and no resolution given.
