“Regularly visit our local Sainsbury's as their prices on everyday items. They have a good stock of items.Good variety of clothes for women. Not so much for children & men.In house Argos which is useful.Very few checkouts opened as they want customers to use the scan machines. Okay if you have a few items The staff are great at ensuring that if there is a queue at a checkout, they get staff to open further lanes.Also provide a click & collect plus home delivery.”

“A handy place to fill up on the way to Glasgow and beyond - petrol prices always competitive. The adjacent Sainsbury's supermarket has good toilets and a cafe that serves excellent coffee. McDonalds and KFC just over the road, with a drive through Costa also nearby.”

Been through once or twice as its not my local but the staff in the stalls i respect them as they seem crammed in the wee booths. “Great layout of pumps... no need to pick which pump to go to, as pumps are on both sides of the car in each bay. Would have given 5 stars but for the fact they are always too slow to drop the price of premium (v-power) in line with a similar drop in price on regular unleaded. Not the fault of Shell, as the prices are ultimately set by the franchisee.”
“I only fill up here to get my clubcard points in my fuel. So I can get food fuel with the advantages of clubcard! The shop is decent enough with all your basic needs.Only downside to a petrol station/supermarket is that people get fuel then spend 5-10 mins walking round the shop which can cause huge lines to form out on to the main roads!”

“Counter to multiple reviews here, this is Not a 'gas station' and so does Not sell petrol or any other car fuel. What it does sell is a great range of good food and wonderful munchies. It also has a very fine cafe. ”
“The only reason there is a 4 star review is the staff in the opticians. After finishing (after thorough examination lasting 3 hrs) I popped upstairs to gwt 2 pack of socks. Came down to pay, all xheckout were very busy, so went to self checkour, only to be told be a very curt member of staff, it was only for trolleys. Decided at that point due to severe headache and paiful itchy eyes to leave the soxks and left the shop. It would have taken me all of 2 mins to scan snd pay. Not happy with service in shop.”
