All the colleagues who work here are welcoming, knowledgeable and super helpful as well as very kind. Great cash for gold service amongst other services, so handy when extra bills come in. Dealt with Linda and Christine today and had exceptional service. These ladies are the real gems in this jewellery shop. ? Thank you!

Tried to cash a small amout cheque from a legit company. Two ladies were very suspicious and treated me like some kind of fraudster . At the end they refused to cash the check. I assume my nationality was a main factor.

Christine was an absolute delight when I sold my beloved late mum's jewellery for me and my sis (couldn't tell her it was my mum's as she had such a lovely nature, I would cry). 5 stars and an extra one for above and beyond service ?

Karen Linda and dodds were absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have been more helpful with my enquiry. How ever the plastic covering in the windows in the shop are rather grubby.
