Came in to get my headlamp changed on Saturday and was greeted by Melissa who could see I was struggling to find the right one. She recommended I get both replaced and upgrade to brighter bulbs. Within 10 minutes she had found me the right bulbs and had even fitted them for me despite being tricky bulbs to access! Whilst out at the car she done a check that I got free with the club and made sure everything was in working order. 10/10 service with a smile couldn?t recommend more.

Ordered a bike for my sons birthday. Was told they would contact me to tell me when it was ready for pick up. After no word, and on the day I celebrate my sons birthday with him, I tried to phone the store number, but was unknowingly diverted to a call center in South Africa twice! First of which was purposly cut off as soon as i asked where they were calling from, to be then told it was there waiting at the store by them but not the staff who told me i would be contacted.Not a good experience at all

Can you answer the phone, bad day when the contact centre can?t even get through, paid £610 for dash cams and fitting just for the store to rearrange because it was inconvenient for them ?? laughable!!! I?m the bloody customer, it should be convenient for me. Never again, joke of a shop the staff don?t have a clue. ANSWER THE PHONE

Halfrauds charge £9 ,to replace a bulb, modern day robbers,used to be free, then £6 now £9 for a few minutes work

Service was OK but was meant to be 15% off price with motoring club but not giving at checkout which is normal for Halfords so hence the reason better shopping at Amazon

Went in as one of my car front bulbs conked out and needed replacing. I got two new bulbs and replaced both lights outside Halfords. The bulbs were upgrades from the original but they were worth it. Staff were friendly and most helpful when l asked about the available replacement bulbs. They were a font of Knowledge. The replacement bulbs made a great difference on the road home afterwards.

Plenty of knowledge from the staff and can help with advice on motor issues and bikes .Plenty parking and wheelchair access as well

I have received the best service again at Halfords Bishopbriggs.The team there are amazing thank you. I spoke with Ian on the phone and Jamie in person fixing my light in my car. This was hassle free quick and no problem whatsoever. I also got support by Jamie to purchase bike lights for my son. The team at Halfords go above and beyond for customers this is my 2nd visit on both occasions you didn't disappoint. Thanks again and I will be back and I have advised family and friends to go to Halfords. You guys are amazing!
