Saturday Morning visit, store untidy lack of staff, clothes so tight of the rails difficult to see and get the correct size out. Changing rooms dirty & dusty, no staff around. Very disappointing visit, perhaps more staff required.

Was returning something that was ordered online but too big so wanted a smaller size. Staff were pleasant and very helpful . Left with the same in a different size
