Booked a personal shopper appt with assistant Rowan , from start to finish it was a nice experience as I’m mother of the bride and I needed dress , jacket hat , shoes and bag , Rowan could not have done enough for me nothing was a bother to her .

Lovely helpful staff at Hobbs Glasgow store. Bent over backwards to help get me a dress without being over pushy. Very rare in this day and age.
