Ordered garden furniture online which arrived damaged, e-mailed HB as per online instructions and was getting no where fast, popped in to my local HB branch (Newton Mearns) and spoke to Sharon explained what happened, even though it was an online purchase, Sharon went above and beyond took all my details contacted the relevant department and had my problem resolved in no time. Replacement order on its way and uplift for damaged item all arranged, thank you Sharon, can?t praise this store enough.

prices have gone up here a lot hone bargains nowhere now as cheap as other supermarkets .prices generally same as asda and tesco some prices even dearer

Only went in for toilet roll, but an hour later and 3 bags full of great value cheaply priced goods, can?t go wrong with that, it?s a great smaller local store with enough variety to keep the bargain hunter in me satisfied
