“Great fragrance products - the candles, hand wash, etc, all smell amazing and last for ages…although be prepared to pay for that quality.I find the clothing quite lacklustre but the bedsheets are incredible! High thread count, well paid, really luxurious. The home items are nice but totally overpriced.The store itself is laid out pretty well but it can feel a bit cramped (I worked here when it first opened and it used to be more spread out with more space for moving around).The staff tend to be lovely - although on my visit this week they were too busy chatting to each other as they restocked, to acknowledge me…”

“Much of a muchness in terms of stock compared to other stores and, in common with the chain in my experience, staffed with friendly and helpful people. Good prices on some things, great prices on others. Do still compare and contrast on the pricier items, but I did pick up an Xbox controller recharging station that I'd almost ordered on Amazon, but B&M were undercutting it by a few quid.Always good for a browse.”

“Was in the garden centre this morning and was met by a lovely young man (Kevin ?) he offered to help me put 3 large bags of soil onto a trolly and pushed them to a checkout. He asked if I needed a hand to get the soil into my car, I said no I would be fine as there was a few customers in front of me, however just as I was going out the store he appeared and put the soil in my car. What a perfect gentleman and a credit to your store.Thank you. From the OAP. Your a ⭐️”

“Popped in today purchased a rug and called into the cafe for lunch .. wow! Best service I’ve ever experienced in a cafe, the food was really nice .. but I would definitely go back for the great service we got from Paul .. he definitely has people skills , so pleasant and helpful .. don’t lose him”
