I do not recommend! The employees there are liars! We filed a complaint and they told us that the new wardrobe would arrive on January 3! On January 3, I saw on the Ikea website that delivery would only be on January 5, ok! We were told that they would take away the old wardrobe! Which turned out to be a lie! !!!! I do not recommend!!!!

Hard to tell one big blue box from another, except maybe Glasgow stands apart for its friendly staff. Meatballs and gravy is always a winner, and we all know the pain, anguish and achievement that can only come from building something with an allen key

Your typical Ikea. Plenty of parking. Packed during the weekends. Good number of sale items the times I have been. Variable quality of products typical of the lower end of Ikea furniture products.

Getting parked is okay but getting my way around, I thought as I embarked on a solitary journey through this vast desert of retail space the relentless lighting beating down, sapping my energy with each arduous step was tough. The unforgiving flooring beneath my feet seemed to absorb what little strength remained, and the air, thick and dry, left me gasping for every breath and started playing tricks on my tired mind. With each passing moment, the need for water intensified, a desperate thirst settling in. The once-promising adventure now unfolded as a test of endurance, where the relentless Scandinavian chic and unforgiving terrain conspired to drain my vitality, underscoring the harsh reality of IKEA?s uncompromising nature.Also, I picked up my online items, no bother at all.

Apaulled with the service or lack of service I had received today at IKEA. I had ordered over 50 items through click and collect and when my husband arrived for collection he was handed 50 loose items, all of which were fragile (plates, bowls, glasses etc.).It was expected that we take these items without any packaging, all the way home at the risk of them breaking. When my husband requested for a box or bag he was initially turned down as "it isn't included in the service". Only after continuous request was he given a flat-pack box to assemble without any tape to hold the box together.To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Will not be a returning customer.

As expected of IKEA stores, very satisfying experience to shop for home improvement needs. Nice place to spend the whole day shopping.

I bought online Christmas tree click and collect. Nobody send me message that order ready for collection but I came in my time slot and they said your tree sold out! I'm shocked, I did 30 minutes by car to take what I ordered and paid and got this answer! So what its means don't trust IKEA as your order can be sold for someone else! Nobody send me refund or notification to say is not available! Very poor service!

So disappointed with IKEA. Not only did they mess up our kitchen installation with a 4 month delay with a partially installed kitchen and then ignored any complaints - now same thing of blanking us is happening when the expensive oven bought with the kitchen went faulty. Less than 1 year in use and we had 4 service calls to have it fixed and still faulty. The engineer recommended to have it replaced but warned us that IKEA tend to be difficult and guess what? IKEA again blanked our request to have the oven replaced. Don?t buy from them unless you want insulting service!

The staff behind the food counter were unpleasant and rude. It was clear that they didn?t want to be there and god forbid if the customer had a question? no need for the bad attitude! Horrible experience! Get new staff Ikea?

Extremely disappointed.I want to express my dissatisfaction with the bed I purchased. The design is subpar, and it can hardly support the weight of two individuals.Furthermore, the slats gave in, causing the bed frame to fall apart from both sides. Regrettably, my attempts to seek support from Ikea were unsuccessful, and they did not honor the warranty, which is supposed to be valid for a year.In my opinion, this bed frame is not worth the investment, and I believe it's important for others to be aware of the issues I've encountered before spending their hard-earned money on it.

ikea cafeteriathe groovy chocolate cake was on promotion, so I ordered one. so bad I couldn't taste any chocolate at all. end up I didn't even bother to finish it. the meatball were always overcooked to very dry, I think ikea can really improve the food quality instead of just adding new items on the menu. But their "main course" furniture are always OK, just some of the staff has no clue of the features of the product and just read the leaflet after I told them the leaflet/ packaging doesn't indicate the missing info.

These IKEA stores are great. Many items for your home furnishings to be found here. You can cheap items here if your just getting started or you can pay more for items that will last a lifetime. If your hungry the restaurant is really good but limited to only a few items to eat.

SUPERB SHOPPING EXPERIENCEI do like IKEA but can on occasion get myself lost in it and get frustrated. On this visit I didn't have much time but knew the items I was after if not their location. Immediately on entry, I approached staff member Donald and asked if he could assist. He was brilliant. He took me straight to the desired items, then the quickest way to the till point. The whole visit took only a couple of minutes. It's a good store made even better by that sort of service! Well done!

Ordered furniture for the living room on line. Great prices and had it delivered. Kept updated on delivery. Guys who brought it arrived well within the four hour window I was given. Guys were friendly and helpful. Would certainly order and get delivery again on large items. Off back to the store today to pick up a few more bits. That I can fit in the car.
