Very bad customer service and the systems and procedures are historic . Service levels are really poor. No one replies to emails and when they do extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend anyone to use them.

This was once a very reliable reputable wines and spirits supplier but since we reopened 2 weeks past they have been using a courier service for delivery and it’s a complete disaster 1 weeks it arrived 3 days later than advised next week failed to deliver this week we place our order in Monday advised delivery Wednesday...
