When you buy a small tool product, find out after you left branch it's faulty , your then at another branch an try to swap it they won't do it even though the other branch doesn't have any stock left !!! You then have to travel back to the other branch to get aRefund only to then travel back to the other branch to get item , ridiculous, thought jewson was one big company, obviously not !!! Ps it was the port dundass branch that wouldn't swap it?

One of the best jewsons branches in my opinion.... I've been using this branch for a number of years now and there's obviously a reason for this and it's the staff...very friendly and also very helpful. You'll get a smile more often than not and sometimes a bit of banter which is good? standing by this post

Tried to give Jewsons my hard earned cash yesterday, however old guy who served me didn't seem to want it. I was in to buy lots of landscaping material with my gardener and saw some nice jet black stones I wanted & lots of them. Took forever for him to track them down, as said they had to be ordered in. He loosely took my number for a call back. Couldnt help feeling, I was causing him a great inconvenience. being a bit on the old side, I get the a wee bit of grumpiness however grumpy and unhelpful and not wanting my cash, I dont get. Nevermind it's not his business is it!!!. 3 jewsons we went to and one was as unhelpful as the other, very unfriendly unhelpful places. Aftèr 3 hours came home really disappointed with no materials. Still waiting on the call from the first one in anniesland. Wonder were this will go.
