Food isn't as good as other kfc restaurants, I've tried the place a few times thinking it may improve but sadly gets worse. Staff at the till don't even acknowledge you, they shout your number then throw it at you without even eye contact. Disabled toilets have never been in working order when I'm there, so couldn't use the toilet as others are upstairs and that glass lift wasn't working either.I once complained but because I didn't keep my receipt nothing was done. That was head office so you can understand it filters down to the staff.Over all very disappointed yet again!!

couldn?t even order food as i was disgusted by the smell of the place. it smells like someone had done their business in the place and left. how could you even eat smelling that horrid smell?!

The place is very dirty. Tables are sticky. No one cleans up when someone leaves. Even the floor is sticky as if it was cleaned a month ago. Toilets are a disaster!!

I would have given 0 stars if I had a option. Poor service as the chicken fillets were not prepared and I had to wait 15 minutes extra to get my order. Food was not tasty and cooked in hurry. Pathetic service would never go in there again.

A favourite of ours KFC. We went saterday evening obviously been busy tables cluttered with trays and food on the floor staff run off their feet. Food OK service OK.

Swing and a miss. It was not a good experience here. Chicken was not tasty. Restaurant has a kiosk system, it's chaotic, people just cut in line, if you don't pay attention, you will get squeezed out, while waiting to use a kiosk.

I was trying to find halal food then finally found KFC. It was a nice place. It was too busy a lot of people were sitting and eating there. The staff was good. I ordered chicken wings though those were a bit blackish in color but the taste was fine.

This has to be the dirtiest Kfc I've ever been in. The tables were all left unclean and floors dirty and sticky. The gentleman that eventually got round to cleaning the tables if you can call it that was dire, with a quick sweep of his dirty cloth he swept the table and remaining bit of crumbs landed on the chairs, he never cleaned it off. I couldn't believe the state of this place..A total disgrace!! Food was dire..NO cutlery or napkins either..What's going on...? The sweet chilli wrap was lacking in so many ways. I'll never set foot in this place again

Absolute disgrace of a fast food resturant! I ordered £30 worth of food to take away. The workers put the gravy in the bag upside down, looked like they just threw them in the bag and one didn't have its lid on properly causing it to spill. I didn't notice this so it seeped through the flimsy paper bag and the whole order fell through in the middle of glasgow. Contacted KFC and they would only give me a £15 voucher. Tbh I think that every buisness nowadays is half arsing everything.what a waste of money!!???
