Arrived at bay. Said I was booked in. Kwik Fit guy leaning against the pillar, shrugs his shoulders and said "So...? The reception is in there" The guy's stinking attitude was the same, a few months ago at an MOT booking. Other guy's were really nice. Unfortunately, I will take my business elsewhere now.

Superb beyond words .I had a flat tyre and pulled off the road I went to halfords first because they were nearest .I explained to the guy in Halfords that I had a flat tyre.He asked if I had booked the car in.I explained that I lived in the North side of the city and I had a flattyre.He then repeated if its not booked... read full comment
