Can?t recommend this branch enough, definitely the best kwikfit around here with the best staff. New tyre and the staff member squeezed in getting the alignment done as last place messed it up.

Very friendly and helpful, however failed to diagnose the tyre damage and claimed oscillation noise is due to low thread. It was arm size bulges of the inside of one tyre, clear seen by the other tyre company that just fixed it. I think low thread was OK to drive to the next garage for a mile, but this seems really dangerous and I was not warned.

Poor communication initially and delays. I initially put car in for an hour brake check, I tried to check about an hour later but nobody available. When I did get through I was told work was needed and parts ordered, I appreciate the proactive approach but an earlier heads up would have been good as I did say I needed my car that afternoon. The work was done on the rear brakes but my handbrake seems non existent, so I need to get it sorted but not by them again as I'd expect it should have been working after they finished.Always used Motherwell in the past, it was just I've moved and Titwood had availability, but I feel lacking staff and quality.

My review is exactly one year late. I thought I'd written it just after a month long trip to Scotland one year ago (so many asks for reviews in travel these days) so went to find evidence of the review and am convinced it slipped by me. This is a most deserved review from my entire trip. So, here it is:I let a campervan for two weeks of my trip. Halfway through (and just upon saying to myself that "I've got driving here down!" proceeded to drive over a large nasty rock along Loch Lomond laying waste to two tires, stranding me in a very precarious narrow roadside position. This was a nightmare situation that had me waiting a couple of hours for a tow while I flagged traffic to slow down in the rain and with plenty of time to ponder the catastrophe and what to do next.The rental contract didn't cover tires, this was on me to rectify. The tow driver was very helpful and, since this was nighttime after business hours I had the choice to tow the van to a street location somewhere or he would drop it at a Kwik Fit near-ish to where I had managed to find an Air BnB for the night. I chose the Kwik Fit not knowing whether they would be able to even help me with the tire type for the van. The next morning I contacted Kwik Fit Titwood. They had already located the tires at another location and had them taxied over. The price was much better than I had expected, the tires were step-up from than the ones that had been on the van prior, all employees were very kind, and they had me up and running by noon that day. My trip was resurrected and my cortisol supply switched off.Thank you Kwik Fit-Titwood!!! I am forever grateful for everything you did and the grace with which you did it. Highly recommend!

Having just had a very rude experience at another branch contacted Titwood Road branch where was told to come straight down and was treated in such a friendly professional manner by Joe and his colleague Louise. Other branches would do well to take note of how customer service should be executed and they might achieve more. Can?t recommend this branch enough.

Car needed rear brake discs and pads replaced. The quality and total professionalism of the staff themselves and the quality of the work done was excellent. Would DEFINITELY recommend. I was kept informed throughout the process and SHOWN why the work was necessary. The invoices and all paper work relating to the work carried out are of an impeccable standard. Well done.. Joe heard my circumstances and gave me an appointment within 30 mins of my phone call. On arrival at garage, Daniel promptly identified the fault with front left tyre, and a new tyre valve was fitted. In addition, when he heard of my long wait from my local garage to replace a tyre pressure sensor to front right tyre, he sprung in to action. A new sensor was installed. A first class service. Feel safe again on the road. ThANK YOURd

Having been disappointed with my visit to another branch earlier in the day I made an online appointment to have my wheel alignment checked. As I was unsure of where this branch was I arrived much earlier than my appointment time. I was taken right away & my aligment checked. Everything was in order.The staff were extremely helpful & pleasant.I will definitely visit this branch again.This review susupersedes the previous review as I thought I was commenting on the branch I had visited in the morning.Apologies for any confusion.

Booked in for free tyre Inspection as going away in couple of days on 600 mile round trip. Turned out all my tyres wwere just above legal limit (as I expected) so needed 5 new tyres as had a flat couple of days ago so needed to replace the spare aswell. Louise and Joe were great very professional and advice they gave me was so helpful, Louise gave me 3 different set of prices as I asked for cheap,medium and expensive options. They ordered the tyres I choose and Louise fitted them the next day when they arrived and was kwik-fit indeed I was well impressed with the time it took to fit all 5 tyres for me. So tyvm to both Louise and Joe for making this a very pleasant experience or me and will definitely return next time I need help with anything . 10/10

I had a problem with air-conditioning. I was happily surprised when there was availability in the same day. Also, because I have been last year to refill it, I wasn't charged for this time.
