I had been in 2 weeks prior and had purchased 2 new tyres. I was informed a that point I had tyre care ( didn't know this previously). As it happened, I had a flat tyre 2 weeks later. I thought great, I have this tyre care. Return to the store to be told it had run out just a few days earlier. I couldn't get the car to the store any faster as it was in the garage having an mot and service. The man was not helpful at all. On reflection, I knew nothing about tyre care, was I charged for this the first time? Was it assumed I knew what this policy was? And as a long-standing returning customer, who had just bought 2 new tyres, why couldn't I have been given a good will gesture especially after me not even realizing I had the worthless policy. Pretty sure that's illegal to sell something the consumer doesn't know they are buying

No problems, prebooked and car was in straight away. Return visits have always been worthwhile, would definitely recommend the kwikfit at Cardonald.

David and Martin were very helpful. Took a bit of persuading to get Tyre off rim as it had only been on there for 11years but they were determined!!!! Will be using paisley road west garage again.

Had the misfortune of visiting Cardonald Branch this afternoon. Having called this morning to book in to be told didn?t need to give any information turned up at 1430 as agreed first point of contact was quite helpful said would be about an hour - that?s fine no problems crossed road to shop and came back 10-15 minutes later. Then at 1530 rude obnoxious person by name of Ewan advises you need to rebook don?t have time and besides compressor is broke. Told him didn?t have time any spare time this week was smirked at and advised too bad. Yes customer service training is definitely required by this sad representative definitely would not recommend this branch ever

I have just had two tyres replaced at the Cardonald, Glasgow branch. First class service, courteous, and efficient. The staff were very people friendly. I will go back to Kwik Fit Cardonald in the near future.

I didn't get his name small young boy really helpful.He hadn't got the tyre in stock, for my Merc Sprinter.So he put the spare on to get me to another Kwikfit at Helensburgh.Real star he went over and above what is expected.He will go far nothing was too much trouble?

Unbelievable. I had to call out RAC when I broke down due to transmission problem. He checked the front nearside wheel on to discover the bolt that holds transmission arm had nor been put back and the tyre was back to front. The patrolman could not believe it when told him it was fitted by Kwik Fit Cardonald. So lucky I was doing a low speed when it happened. This is not the first time they have made a mistake when fitting tyres. Would never use them again.

waited almost 2 hours delay obtaining oil filter wasnt told that kwick fit dont carry stock even when customer orders appointment 4 days prior to appointment delay unnaceptable poor service

I went in as my car was rattling. They couldn't fix it due to the mechanics of it but were happy to look at my car and give me advice and guide me to another garage that may be able to fix it.

I was really surprised by the comprehensive nature of the free brake and tyre report, and the excellent service I received at the Cardonald, Glasgow branch. The written report was excellent with photos of the parts on my car and explanations emailed to me. 5 Stars!

KWIKFIT GLASGOW CARDONALD 22.3.23On 22 Mar, an urgent requirement arose for me to fit, to my car, a different set of wheels, but using the same set of tyres. I was lucky enough to phone Cardonald KwikFit, where I explained my predicament to Assistant Manager David Devlin. He couldn't have been more obliging. Within minutes, I arrived at the branch and realised that it certainly was not the case that they were "quiet" and having to "look for things to do". On the contrary, this was a busy branch at what was clearly a busy time of the day. Nevertheless, Mr Devlin slotted my four-tyre changeover into the schedule, and I was on my way again within the hour. Whilst waiting for my car, I had noticed a number of useful indicators, viz.:-(i) All staff whom I saw were friendly, helpful, and courteous towards the customers.(ii) All staff seemed to be working hard, taking their work seriously, and taking care with customers' vehicles - all to the benefit of the customer.(iii) I got the impression that nothing was too much trouble for the staff.(iv) The working environment seemed relatively free of the sort of stress that is sometimes visible at similar premises. In my experience, a good working environment is generally a result of (a) good leadership and (b) staff who are alert and making a real effort, and that certainly seems to be the case at Cardonald.(v) The waiting area was clean and tidy, with comfortable seating, and an assortment of information leaflets.(vi) Had I wished to watch the work being carried out, the layout and internal windows allowed me to do so.(vii) The customer vehicle data reporting screen was present in the customer area, and was operational and in use to the benefit of customers.(viii) Staff who answered telephones did so with a positive and businesslike manner.(ix) The work was priced very fairly, in my view.(x) My car was left clean and tidy at the end of the work. Mr Devlin helped me to load the old wheels in to the car, and to position them securely.(xi) The customer toilet was clean and fresh.(xii) The customer drinking water supply was operational, with plastic cups available.All in all, I was really impressed by the Cardonald branch. When I phoned them, I was "in a bit of a spot". By the time, I left the branch, I had refreshed the positive view of KwikFit which I have gained in the past (and had reduced considerably my own stress level!). It was a good experience, all round. Arrived with RAC as I had a flat tyre, guys where so lovely they managed to squeeze me in even though was after 5pm. Great customer service, lovely manners.

Had a strange swooshing sound coming from my car so booked in for a free health check. The guys at Kwikfit Cardonald were amazing at finding the source of this noise and had my car back to normal in no time. Thank you so much! Amazing service
