“Can’t recommend this store enough - especially an advisor named Liam.We visited yesterday and after trying a few random mattresses ourselves, a sales advisor Liam came over to see if we needed any help. I thought we knew what we wanted, but he told us about the sleep match technology mattress/machine which measures the way you sleep/pressure points on a mattress then tells you which styles suit you.Once it matched us, Liam talked us through five options it had suggested with a full range of prices from budget to luxury. He was so informative explaining everything from options to the design to the benefits of each style.We tried his first option and were sold there and then. We would never have looked at it either but it was exactly what we liked comfort wise etc so we would never have had this if it wasn’t for Liam. He sorted the ordering of it, with no pushy sales at all, just a list of options and time to discuss without him there (grateful for that as there is nothing worse than a sales person hanging over you!). We then purchased some pillows too, again, under Liam’s advice, and we couldn’t be happier with them.He was so polite, welcoming, knowledgable, patient with my kids and professional throughout the whole sale process that he really is an asset to the store.Thanks so much for a lovely shopping experience and we can’t wait to have our lovely new mattress delivered next week!”

Chosen our mattress but for some reason, can’t remember what, we didn’t buy on that occasion.This time, bought exactly that bed and mattress that we’d been looking at. “We had our wedding and reception here on the 12/08/23. The venue was amazing staff and service were outstanding. All the staff who helped cater our event went above and beyond to make sure that every thing even the little things were dealt with. They were friendly and engaging. Every guest there complimented the service and how great they all were. Michelle was our go to woman and she is a credit to the Castlecary. Anyone thinking of doing an event here go for it you won’t be disappointed.”

“SUPERB SHOPPING EXPERIENCEI do like IKEA but can on occasion get myself lost in it and get frustrated. On this visit I didn't have much time but knew the items I was after if not their location. Immediately on entry, I approached staff member Donald and asked if he could assist. He was brilliant. He took me straight to the desired items, then the quickest way to the till point. The whole visit took only a couple of minutes. It's a good store made even better by that sort of service! Well done!”

“Excellent séjourNous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et en sommes très satisfaits. La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit très confortable. Le personnel est très agréable. Les petits déjeuners se présentent sous la forme d'un buffet généreux. L'hôtel est très bien situé, au centre-ville de Glasgow. Nous avons pris nos repas le soir. Très agréablement surpris par les dîners que nous avions pris avec la chambre. C'était très bon et le cuisinier s'est bien occupé de nous.
