rude customer called kathryn bennet collecting a hermes pacel from the store since tuesday , was told like other customers the hermes machine is not working and to try back the following day ... AND WE DONT KNOW WHEN THE MACHINE WILL BE BACK ON .
if you have any issue you should contact hemes CO. about the machine.

This a Hermes Parcelshop and the silly women behind the counter tells me itâ??s not her job to give parcels that have been delivered there and to come back at random times the next day. Iâ??ve already been twice. Absolutely awful. The shop also stank of pee - wouldnâ??t be buying anything edible from there. NEVER use this as a Hermes parcel point for Topshop
