This is a great store in both stock and lay-out, especially Women's underwear and food sections. But it is the staff who make it excellent. I can't count the number of times over the years that the assistants have gone out of their way to help me find something I'm looking for. I hate the idea of all the proposed closures and sincerely hope that Argyll Street branch will not be one of them!! What would we do without you Marks and Sparks?!

I'm always surprised to hear their profits sometimes fall as M&S offer value for money in my opinion. Some items are slightly overpriced but you do always get a good quality product particularly with Their clothing range. Their food range cannot be faulted in my opinion as the taste and attention to detail is evident.

Excellent, well stocked store. Staff are always very attentive, helpful and friendly. Very good value coffee shop set in quality food and drink.

Lovely shop which you would expect from this store, but fashions really disappointing. Lots and lots of navy and black clothes, only occasionally burst of colour which turned out to be such bland, granny style things that I can't imagine who would buy them. Very nice reasonably priced t-shirt seemed to be best items, with some lovely trousers. WHERE IS PER UNA? I USED TO FIND THAT SECTION REALLY EXCITINGLY DIFFERENT AND ALWAYS MADE A BEE LINE FOR IT. NOW THERE ARE A FEW ITEMS MIXED UP WITH ORDINARY STOCK AND THEY ARE JUST PLAIN ORDINARY. SORRY M& S, YOU NEED TO PULL YOUR SOCKS UP!!!!

What's to say about M & S?? Very good quality goods at competitive prices. Nice, airy environment with very helpful staff but, only when you require them! There is no "big sell", which I like. Superb food dept, which is reflected in the Cafe. 8+ out of ten, at least.ð???ð??´â?â???ð??ð??
