No problems here. This store has a range of good value clothing, household items and travel goods, such as suitcases. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to me.

When I brought back the item, the staff member was refusing to take it back, creating false reasons that "it was damp", that "there was a hair" etc. He finally took the item but it was very unpleasant incident. I felt like I stolen something there and that all other customers looked at me like I'm thief

It was okay there closing on the 30th September so l went to see the sale it was alright but l think most people took things because l couldn't find things and l got duvet set and few clothes and few jewellery

Really I like ? Matalan, and I used to visit it every time at Dubai, but Matalan at Glasgow is different, from the point of environment & goods !!!! Did not encourage me to shop in it?
