Ok so I want to be honest here so my experience was not great . Food took ages to come out and restaurant was packed and as we had a takeaway order I didn't check till got home but yes ok we got 99%order right leaving a gerkin slice on the burger results in a kid having a meltdown ok that's not there fault but was on receipt.also the jumped wanna be gangster (about 13/14 yrs of age) swearing and vaping in the restaurant is not a great image for any company especially one that has family's coming in. I kind of guess they short staffed hence why took so long for food orders to come out . Bless the women on the counter looked stressed and was trying hardest to get food out to punters quickly but amount of people in there was hard to do efficiently. Let's hope next visit will be better

Selected a number of different things to eat and drink for lunch and was surprisingly pleased to find that all the hot items were actually hot although the time waiting to receive the food was rather longer than I expected.

I always enjoy going to McDonald's. It's my lovely fast food treat. There is a good friendly atmosphere and staff are helpful.

Best McDonald's I've had the ones in Falkirk are nothing compared to this one. Food was spot on was hot and the big cheesy tasted fantastic.

For the second time of coming in here, the order screen printer was broken, and this was a different screen to 2 weeks ago, and there is no time to see your order number as it jumps straight to the printer error page. The service was awful. I was waiting for 15mins for my order. This was Sunday morning at 10.40, beginningbof December. Stagfingvlevels for that time of day just prior to Cmas, not well thought out, sorry. Food was fine when it finally arrived.

Very busy mixed up place , ; I ordered my burger with no bun as I have coeliac disease, it did sadly appear with a bun , after chatting with a staff member I would suggest trainingDietary restrictions: Staff not well tr@ined in allergen awareness , coeliac disease is an autoimmune disease so wheat and gluten can cause problems

The McDonald's part was the food and service just right and solid.The narrow tall location sucks tho, steep stairs and a lack of space dont make eating in great.

The easy order screens were out of order which made choosing the food much harder. It was clearly stressful but the staff managed to remain cheerful and focussed. Food was the usual for a fast food place and preparation was quick despite how busy it was. Clean tables and we didn't feel rushed.Wheelchair accessibility: My daughter is in a powered chair and had no trouble with access.

Really busy food not as good as it used to be although staff were lovely. Such a shame they took the 2nd toilet away as a wheelchair I've had to wait ages to use the toilet also toilet doctor could do with a bat across ot to help wheelchair users like mysled close it myself instead of having to ask for help. Also flusher is quite far back and I struggle with it

Typical big city McDonalds. Not friendly, just bandwork. Also the food is definitly not ?fresh? (I know it?s fastfood), nuggets tasted like they were 2 days old. But hey, quick and cheap food aye.
