On March 25th, someone hit the truck. On April 11th, the garage came to tow the truck. On the same day, the garage quickly issued a Vehicle Damage Report. Then on April 13th, they called to make some repairs, and then nothing happened. I called the garage on May 2nd to inquire about the situation. The clerk only said that parts were needed and there was no estimated completion date.As of today, May 10, there is no news.I called again on May 22nd, and this time I was informed that there was no timetable for the arrival of the pump parts. The parts department didn?t know when they would have the goods, and even the garage didn?t know when the car would be delivered. I asked if I could take it back. The car is for personal use first. If your garage has parts, please notify me to come back for repair. The garage can't do that.All we have to do is wait. I don?t know how long I?ll wait, and I can?t get back to the car.After many phone calls, the car was finally returned to me on May 31st. The bell had been replaced, but the pump handle still had no parts, so I had to repair it first. The garage would notify me when they received the parts before replacing it.Today, July 18, there is no news about parts. I called to ask and they said they would get back to you, but there was no reply.In August, I received a notification that parts were available. When I arrived, the staff discovered that I had ordered the wrong model and could not install it.All repairs will eventually be completed by October.

I had to complete a form online including pictures when I was inquiring about a repair estimate. The quote I received disregarded the information I'd included regarding what repair was required. Not the most helpful Damage Assessor either.

I had another car bumping into mine so Tesla and the insurance company directed me to Mitchell Inglis for the repair job. I dropped my car off on the morning of 03/10 and received a call the next day that the car is fixed and ready for pick up. It was a good experience all the way through, the ladies at the counter were all very kind and helpful. Special thanks to the mechanic fixing the paint on my car and taking good care of it. Also it was a very quick process and I?m very happy with the result, appreciate everyone involved! I hope I never have to get my car fixed ever again but if I do I?ll take it to Mitchell Inglis.

I was referred to Mitchell Inglis by my insurer after a no-fault claim. The service was fantastic, and I am delighted with the work they have done, and the care they have taken over their work. Efficient and professional, they explained unavoidable delays to repair work, had me booked in for a mutually convenient date and even ensured my own vehicle was road legal to avoid courtesy car fees. When my car was booked in for repairs, they looked after the keys for the courtesy car, were in touch to update me, and were understanding about my availability to collect the car on completion. It may be out the way for many, but the team took great care of me and my car; can thoroughly recommend! Thank you, all at Mitchell Inglis!

Had an accident in my Porsche and Mitchell Inglis were great to deal with. My car is back as good as new. Their communication was good and Andy was a pleasure to deal with, he went above and beyond to get my car back as quickly as possible.

My girlfriend just had her Porsche Macan in for a rear end repair the service was very good from start to finish and the repair work is excellent, I am very fussy about my cars and checked the repair work over 10/10 , thanks for your great service 👍🏻

I will never use again. Car was crashed into the side. Door needed replaced and was returned with the chrome trim hanging off the so called new door. Back bumper was popped out slightly where it meets the side. This was forced back into place causing stress fractures on paint which they took no responsibility for and denied all knowledge. Lost my locking wheel nut and blamed me also. Lastly car was picked up and dropped off 2miles away and yet they somehow managed to do more than 30miles at an average of 15mpg when the car is usually around 50mpg.Services: Painting
