“I have been with O2 for years and never had an issue. I did have a query I wanted to discuss and went over. If it's busy, they will allocate you an appointment time, and you can either go away and grab a coffee or go browsing, but on this occasion, there was only a couple in, so I was attended to right away. The assistant was very clear and helpful, and resolved my issue in 5 mins! Good old O2!”

“I took my Google Pixel 5g here for a new battery.Everyone else I messaged or called told me that it would be a 1 week turnaround as they would have to order a new battery as my phone is 3 years old.Even the Google recommend and authorised dealer couldn't repair it within a week.EE took the phone in and replaced the battery within a few hours.I'm not an EE customer which makes this service all the more amazing.Got my phone back as good as new with amazing battery life.Definitely a service worth a 5 star review and a massive thank you.”
