Any chances you can ever get round to fixing the jet wash or have you turned it off to save money?

is what it is, although would say easier and more quieter than the newlands one so i prefer to come along here even though its slightly further away. its easier for parking, petrol and the shop itself

Consistantly overpricing fuel, especially diesel.Jet washes have been off for Many weeks.Amazon locker on site is in the jetwash area (so when its working you'll get wet or in the way).

shocking lack of produce on the shelves today really not good enough from this store.
Poor looking vegetables barely in date, big gaps where the milk should be. Untidy shelves with empty packaging lying on them.
Big gaps on a lot of the shelves

As usual, clean, neat, tidy and efficient. Only drawback ? was price of petrol, but better than most.

Person at the counter was quite unhelpful when I asked what I needed to do to operate the new app as opposed to my More card. She didn't know what I had to do.

Apologies all prepare for a bit of a rant! Absolutely stunned at the way we have been treated by Morrisons supermarket.
We did a larder online shop a couple of weeks ago, we carefully picked to meet the money we had left in the larder bank account. Tried to get essentials to be able to supply to the families for the week ..... we picked 80p washing power and other essentials. The delivery arrived as planned and we were so chuffed with how much shopping we had managed to get delivered to the door. What we had sadly missed were the substitutes - we didn?t check the terms and conditions (our error we accept) but the 80p washing powder we had ordered was substituted with washing powder at £2.75. Basically the shopping came to £20 more than we had and the payment bounced. We telephoned and explained we were a food bank and were met repeatedly with a brick wall of ?there?s nothing we can do it?s in the terms and conditions? - we then endured daily texts and emails reminding us we needed to pay with threats of not being able to shop there again if we didn?t pay. So in the end Jen paid the extra from her own pocket and we were left upset frustrated and saddened by how a seemingly moral supermarket had treated us. We tried everything - phone calls, emails, messenger - each time the same brick wall response. Supermarkets were at one point a place of hope for us in gaining support but more and more we are being disappointed and turned away (there have been other experiences yes) ..... I only write this to share how hard we are working to continue to provide this service for between 40-60 households per week and each week is a struggle. It?s upsetting to live in a society where food banks are needed is bad enough without Morrisons treating us like a bad debtor. Gutted ? - thank you for sticking with this post we just felt we had to share - have a good evening everyone and thank you all for your amazing much needed support - we couldn?t do this without you! Rachel and Jen xx
