Didn't really like the staff. Insincere, false welcoming on arrival and leaving. Ended up at Cotswalds which was amazing servicing and miles better!

The staff were excellent and one of the most welcoming, respectful people I found in any shop in Glasgow (believe it or not). The store manager and others were all great. They listened to the inquiries calmly and processed the return with a reassuring tone. Thanks, you won't know the positive impact it had. I highly recommend visiting the store.

Excellent Store, always discounted products.Friendly & helpful staff and well worth checking out for your outdoor clothing. Asia's nearby competitors "Cotswold" is extortionate in comparison.

Grumpy guy working here barked at me once for taking the plastic bags out of a rucksack to see inside. (Specifically the pockets inside). You would think i'd left the bags all over the floor for him but of course i didn't. I used to go in a lot, just to browse, but i just don't anymore. Because of that and the fact that so much stock is too high up to even browse it properly.
