The location, layout and general warm feeling of the Byres Road branch is fantastic. The staff have always been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable helpful and never hesitated to help me.Thank you to all the staff who are doing an excellent job and I will continue to be a loyal customer with this branch.

The staff are great, so friendly. The warm atmosphere they generate is the complete opposite of the horrible new open plan banks with fake murals, fake bookcases (wallpaper) and - in one case - a grand piano. (Help!) Customers don?t want corporate theatre, just give them what?s on offer here in the Byres Road branch - old-fashioned service with a smile.

Small branch with friendly tellers, polite friendly and professional, great service, always willing to chat and very able multi-taskers unlike city centre branch, drop off a toy for Christmas appeal, very community centred at this branch and very little time stuck in a queue

The people are very nice, and usually the is no to only a little wait. When opening my bank account I had to get over there quite a few times, which would have been better if I could do more things online.
