Incompetent banking systems with digital systems that are not suitable for digital phone systems after 2 days have decided to close my account.

Had a phone call from the Branch Manager here about a complaint I made online. A complaint made on Friday evening, called on Monday afternoon.She was very helpful and understanding of my issue and I trust this branch is run in the same way. I would happily do my banking here whenever I am in the area.

After a convoluted experience online the branch staff made it easy to rectify an issue I had. They took me through steps to complete and assisted with all queries. There's always a requirement for a branch and today's experience solidified that.

Been with a few different banks,best service has been with Nationwide,staff at Rutherglen branch were great from day one,when a went in with a broken leg they brought the documents to sign out to me,a would have done it the usual way but they came to me without being asked,little things like that go a long way and the internet moguls will never understand that,it's called personal one on one service,thanks nationwide much appreciated

Staff are friendly and helpful
