Such great service from a young man (from Edinburgh branch) whose name I didn?t catch. My son & I have been having a very stressful time arranging to withdraw his child Trust Fund and he looked through all our correspondence, found the issue, rectified it and is now sending on the documents internally so we dint even have to !!! Most unhelpful bank staff I have ever dealt with. They seem to think cleaning cupboards are more important than dealing with customers. Always hiding not wanting to do there jobs.

Never helpful, often close a few minutes before they?re due to. Now they?ve reduced their opening hours even further. This is ridiculous, how am I supposed to leave quick deposit bags if they don?t have reasonable opening hours and no night safe anymore!?

Staff were amazing, extremely professional and friendly. They emphatised with my enquiry and showed they cared. I always use online and mobile banking, but the way my request was dealt with and the lovely human interaction made this trip to this branch truly worth it. I have been with NatWest for nearly 20 years and once again they showed me why!! ??

Needed some help doing a Chaps transfer, and Vikki was extremely helpful, friendly and made things easier. A few similar reviews here, say the same so I?m not the first to say she?s a credit to the company.

Archaic login system that I have been at the mercy of for two weeks of waiting for postal codes that arrived but never work. Online support have zero powers to help you get logged in - actually recommended that I travel outside my local area to visit a branch which is against the current Covid restrictions. Wasted so much time on this that opening a new account elsewhere, moving my DDs etc was the best way to get online banking working again.Side note: I moved to Starling Bank where I am very happy to see more modern systems. Forgot your details? They just need a selfie video that gets reviewed in minutes, as opposed to weeks by Natwest!

Terrible bank. Make you jump through hoops to do simple things and this branch does not have accessible access so if you are disabled or have a pram then it is very difficult to get up the stairs into the branch
