Excellent customer service from the staff at Next Silverburn. My Directory parcel went missing and the staff went above and beyond to help me in a friendly and efficient manner. Thanks in particular to Gemma and another young guy who was serving on the tills at the time, they both provided excellent customer service.

Easy to order clothes and accessories ,and collect a couple of days later.
